Welcome to Four 8 Movement! This is a private personal training studio space in Terrigal.

I offer personal training for one to two people at a time. I use a functional fitness training style. I started in the US in 2020 to help keep people training during the pandemic. I moved back to Australia to be with my partner in 2021. I enjoyed personal training so much, I wanted to keep the business going.
